Evangelia Maniadi MSc, joined the BMI Lab in May 2016, where she is currently a software engineer. From March 2009 until October 2015 she worked as a software engineer at the Computational Medicine Laboratory (CML) of Institute of Computer Science of Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH). She received a BSc degree in Applied Informatics from the Department of Applied InformaticsUniversity of Macedonia in 2008 and a MSc degree in the fields of Information Systems and Algorithms & Systems Analysis from the Computer Science DepartmentUniversity of Crete in 2011. She has experience in Java technologies (JSP, JSF, JAX-WS, Hibernate, JPA, Spring), Web technologies (HTML/CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, PHP, REST and SOAP Web services), Database Management Systems (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Enterprise portal development (Liferay Portal), Content Management Systems (Joomla, WordPress), 3D Graphics (VTK, Three.js, X ToolkitC/C++), Mobile Application Development (Android Development Tools).
